Returns

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Free from damage, stains, or tampering.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used herbal powders, wellness products, and skincare items cannot be returned.



Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the product cost will be refunded.



Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

  • To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.



Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products.

  • Items purchased on clearance or promotional offers.

  • Gift cards or loyalty rewards.
